How to pay your rent

Rent is due on or before the 4th day of each month.

1. You can deposit it inside WoodForest National Bank, located at 1575 Coshocton Avenue, Mt. Vernon, Ohio 43050. Just inform the bank teller you are paying your rent for Balcom Rentals. They will deposit it into our account and provide you with a receipt.
2. You can pay your rent by dropping it in the secure drop box located at our office. The secure drop box is located on the north side of the office by the front door. The area is monitored by security cameras, so rest assured your payment is safe. Our office is located at 17983 Gambier Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
3. You may also mail your check or money order to our office, 17983 Gambier Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
